While Calder's Eagle is the first sculpture cleared for landing in the park, these jet fuselages - sculpture-like as they may be - are just tying up traffic as they pass through the neighborhood in their quest for wings. They seem to come through almost every week. Anybody know where they're from and where they're going? Let me know.

Speaking of passing through the neighborhood, the sidewalk running along the west side of the upper lot has been closed for several weeks. Thanks to the arrival of a fence crew and a paving person, those of us who live and walk in the area will soon have our sidewalk back!

The dirt has come flowing back - more on that next time.
