Not related to the OSP, but interesting, was the arrival of the W.C. Park Responder (below - not sure why it was here) - an Oil Spill Response Vessel. Once named the OSVR Washington Responder, it was renamed for William Park in recognition of his years of service to oil spill response and protection of the marine environment. Mr. Park was a 2000 Legacy Award Winner.
