The rain today was just a drizzle, but the dirt came pouring in again. The soil cap on the west side of Elliott now extends south of the trolley barn. Best way to compare the progress is to look at June 30th.

Two-trailer trucks have to take right angle turns pretty wide. The police stop traffic and keep a large turning radius open.
