The sidewalk has been torn out on the west side of Western Ave from Broad St. along the Pavilion, to the top of the lot.
The Pavilion interior has taken shape, with HVAC mechanical equipment installed and walls framed out with metal studs in place - all still visible.
Another concrete wall, angling off the Pavilion's southwest corner at the garage entrance has been formed up.
The back wall of the Vivarium is under construction, with utility lines visible.
Most of the former Myrtle Edwards parking lot has been torn out, and more landscaping material delivered.
And the final pre-formed concrete panels have been placed and secured on the west side of the Grove precinct.
