The south end of the middle lot has reached the top of the bridge abutment, top soil is in, and the final contours of the Grove Precinct are being prepped for over 160 Quaking Aspen trees. On the track side, the pyramid like retaining wall is visible, as the south abutment is formed.
Access is blocked along the waterfront until the 17th, as the sidewalk and pavement are being torn out and merged with the pocket beach.
Staging facilities are gone and the south west corner of the upper lot is being prepared for the Seattle Vivarium greenhouse foundation.
Safety fences have been installed and insulating materials staged on the roof of the Pavilion. The concrete walls at the north end of the lot border what will become the floor of the Valley Precinct.
