The Waterfront Trolley usually moves up and down Elliott Bay, but this morning it moved up and over onto a flatbed trailer. But midday, three of the trollies were ready to be moved into storage.

Just across the tracks from the soon-to-be removed trolley barn, the future support for Terisita Fernandez' "Seattle Cloud Cover" pedestrian bridge seems to be reaching for the sky as it takes on it's own sculptural character.

The retaining wall on the west edge of the upper lot continues to grow up and out, while the Pavilion, looking east from Elliott, looks more and more like a building, springing up from the lot (in this panorama).

Across the street, the retaining wall on the east edge of the lower lot is stepping up at the north end, extending south, and cutting in SW slash across the middle.

Stock-piled supplies give a hint at how much more remains to be built up, and how much material will disappear into the new terrain.
